2. Forgiveness B

Lord, forgive us for not trusting our instinct. Forgive us for keeping secrets when we could change the sinful actions of others with a word. Forgive us for stopping when we told one person, and they didn't believe us, so we stopped trying to change a very bad situation. Forgive us for being sinners who did not claim a better way. We will trust that You will support us through the hard times of change. We fall on Your mercy, and the freedom from sin Your grace provides.
